1. Minutes
We have discussed major pageant preparations and possible options for fundraisers. (Jeans for Teens and S.C.T.)

2. Old Business
Mr. and Ms. Cross Creek pageant is Thursday October 6th, 2011in the Shaw Auditorium at six o'clock.

3. New Business
We need to figure out how many trees we would like to plant for the Tree Planting Day for Pine Forest in November. A group of students has recently got together to begin planning days for spirit week. S.C.T walk is on Sunday October 2nd, 2011 at two o'clock. Dress rehersal for the pageant is Tuesday October 4th, 2011.

The Induction Ceremony is on Monday September 19, 2011.

We planned on meeting up at the Renaissance fair but may be canceld due to weather. Next weekend we plan on doing a school outting at the International Folk Festival.

1.  Minutes
We have talked about dues, t-shirts, charities, and the Induction Ceremony.

2. New Business
A meeting will be held after school Monday September 12, 2011 to plan the pageant. The SGA Induction Ceremony will take place September 19, 2011 during R-Time. It's formal so dress up! Our charity this year will be about Stoppong Child Trafficing.

3. Old Business
Dues are due Monday September 12, 2011 at $20.

This week we have dicussed t-shirt designs, pageant information, different charities, and the Induction Ceremony.

2. Old Business
As far as t-shirts go, we need to finalize whether or not names and numbers should go on the back of them. SGA dues are due Monday September 12, 2011 at $20.

3. New Business
On Monday September 12, 2011 we will have a after school meeting to start planning the Cross Creek pageant. A charity will need to be chosen so that the two representatives can present it at this months meeting. The Induction Ceremony this year will be held during R-time on September 19, 2011. Lets keep that SGA bulletin board moving along!

Friday September 2, 2011

1. Minutes
During this week, we have dicussed SGA dues, t-shirts, the pageant, an event for the International Folk Festival, and the Tree Planting Day.

2. New Business
The majority has spoken and we have created what our 2011-2012 SGA t-shirts will look like! On September 13 Cross Creek will be having another outting and this time at Texas Road House from 4 p.m.-10 p.m. 10% of what you pay will go back to our school. Also in September on the 23, the International Folk Festival will be in town. Either a charity event or a school outting will be related to this event. Thursday October 6, 2011 will be the date for this years Cross Creek Pageant. This motion was passed with two opposers. Lastly, SGA students from the county will be planting trees for Pine Forest on November 5, 2011.

3. Old Business
SGA student dues are to be payed by September 9, 2011. (This Friday!) They are $20.

Minutes
This week, we have discussed  our design and cost of our SGA t-shirts and our dues. We're trying to set a pagent date for Mr. & Mrs. Cross Creek and are working on that. We are trying to form an event that goes along with the International Folk Festival.

New Business
This year, our SGA dues are $20 and will be due on September 9, 2011. We are working on deciding whether or not we want to make the International Folk Festival a charity event or a school wide event.
