1. Minutes
SGA has finished our shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child and other homerooms will be wrapping up their boxes too. The monthly meeting agenda is complete but we are still unsure of a senior talking about the college experience. Our new mission will be the dance and different committees need to start being created to plan for the dance.
2. Old Business
Reforest the Forest at Pine Forest HS will be Saturday November 5th, 2011. This is not just a community service opportunity for SGA but also the whole school so promote it.
3. New Business
The deadline to pay for the SGA Luncheon will be November 2, 2011. space is not limited so as many as people can go if you wish to attend. Also, we have to discuss who is interested in volunteering this weekend at Councilwoman Davy's office.

1. Minutes
Operation Christmas Child has begun and certain SGA members are working to put together a model shoe box to show the other homerooms. The other half of SGA has been collaberating to plan the monthly meeting. Both groups have been working really hard and will bring success to both events.
2. Old Business
This Saturday will be Reading Rocks so be there if you are not attending the conference. November 5th , 2011 is Reforest the Forest at Pine Forest. Lots of trees have been bought so many volunteers are needed.
3. New Business
If you are interested in attending the SGA Lucheon, RSVP by October 31st, 2011. The cost is $15 and will be from 8:30 to 12:00 and will be December 2, 2011. (Space is not limited.) December 16th, 2011 will be the day of the dance and Lipdub.

Since doing the Plus, Minus, Delta we have discovered what an excellent job we have done although there is room for improvement. Going to SGA events is harder for some people so we need to put together a car pool list. The holidays are quickly approaching so kids shoe boxes need to start being put together for Operation Christmas Child.
2. New Business
Next Saturday is Reading Rocks so be sure to be there if you are not going to the conference. Saturday November 5th is the Tree Planting Day at Pine Forest so also be there for that. Friday December 16th will be the day of the dance.

Since Mrs. Chalmers is leaving, it is very important that we have her good-bye present sqaured away and ready to go. Although it's a month away, we need to figure out how many trees to buy for Pine Forest. Monday begins spirit week so we NEED to promote the approved days.
2. New Business
Emails need to be sent out and posters need to be made for Spirit Week. We want more participation than last year. The pageant was a success! Congradulations to the winners, runner-ups, and contestants.
