1. Old Business
Honors Council Portfolio is due next Friday before we leave for Spring Break. Our pages should have been done February 22nd which was yesterday. State Conference is next month and the price is down to $75. There are only 2 spots left.
2. New Business
Barnes & Nobles Book Fair--March 24
On March 10th 2012 we will be going to help out with Hungry Anglez. (The County wide charity) Further details will come at a later time. We will be raising money by doing the Easter Egg Raffle for Cross Creek and then a Easter Egg Hunt for the kids at the daycare. Both will take place in April. Auditions for the Talent Showcase will be held on Thursday, April 12th 2012 and the actual show will be April 27th 2012.

Different changes for the bulletin board have been discussed and it will have a new look soon. We currently wrote the article that will publicize our $2,500 donation to send a child to Victory Junction. The price for attending the State Conference has been dropped to $75. There are only four more spots available.

Candy Gram Candy- mini heart shaped boxes with candy. Faculty/Staff appreciation: roses for women, candy for the men and a card with SGAs picture. Sale from February 2nd to the 10th. Put ribbon around candy boxes for decoration? Message included with candy gram. Final prices: Flowers/Message: $2.00. Message: 0.50 cents. Message/candy gram: $1.50
2. Old Business
Today is the last day to sell Candy Grams so really push to sell. Today is also the last day to bring in jeans so thanks to all that have donated! Your Honors Council papers should be turned ASAP.
3. New Business
Next Friday is Skate Night. This is a school event so promote so we can draw a crowd. If we are going to do a video for this we should start planning. The list for people going to the State Convention has begun and 4 more people can sign up. The cost to go is $85 and is March 24th to March 26th at Douglas Byrd.
